Oil Stain on Granite Description

Hi,
We just had a Santa Cecilia Light Granite (http://tanbrown.org) Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) installed in our new kitchen.  Before we had a chance to seal it, we took a hot pot out of the oven that had hot oil and (http://maplered.com) some of the oil spilled on the Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) , staining it.  We did not notice this until the next day.  Do you have any suggestions on how to remove the stain?
